General Newsletter GuidelineS:

Short articles have between 100 to 500 words and up to six images.

Long articles have between 750 -1000 words and up to a dozen photographs.
                 

For photos, make each photograph file name the photo’s caption, and indicate photo placement with the caption between paragraphs in the text. In this way, the layout editors will know the context for each photo. 
 

The Newsletter is published quarterly February, May, August and November.
